Stephen P. Napier grew up in the South Norfolk section of Chesapeake and  was a graduate of Oscar Smith High in June of 1976. Son of Rev. Henry V. And Lois Imogene Napier, Steve served his internship and was a 1980 graduate of John Tyler Community College with an associate degree in Applied Science for Funeral Service. He was licensed by the State of Virginia that same year to practice Funeral Service. In 1981 Steve was also licensed to practice Funeral Service in North Carolina.  His primary focus helping families plan and finance services that will best meet their future needs.

“My desire is to assist individuals and families to create these advance plans in a stress-free environment that promote open discussion, the opportunity for families to receive answers to all nature of questions, to offer suggestions to reduce or eliminate the financial burden that may otherwise impact their families at the time of need. Planning in advance reduces a significant burden for families who have suffered the loss of a loved one or close friends and allows them to focus on the memories of their loved one’s life rather than the details associated with their loss!”
